Purpose Building Half Building.png
  • I love understanding and creating the built environment. I also have a passion for enjoying and protecting our natural environment. It's great that these are in harmony with the work we do as a team at Purpose.

Kristen Jaczko M.A.Sc., P. Eng, LEED GA

  • Witnessing the impacts of climate change in real time makes it clear we have entered uncharted waters. What worked in the past no longer defines what is needed in the future. Fortunately, when it comes to buildings, we have the knowledge and ability to create spaces which help us survive and thrive on our changing planet while mitigating further warming. Working at Purpose to help clients create low-carbon, resilient buildings gives me hope for our future.

Kamilia Vaneck, LEED AP BD+C, CPHC

  • Purpose Building Douglas Webber

I have always been drawn to the practical creativity, teamwork and accomplishment associated with building. Years of outdoor activities have given me deep respect for the intelligence of natural systems and highlighted the damage human systems have caused. Helping guide a team of experts dedicated to planet positive building seems like the most inspiring thing I could be doing.

Douglas Webber, Principal P.Eng, LEED AP
